When I started this program I was at the end of my rope as far as my severe depression, loneliness, anxiety, and rocky family relationships. It was affecting my life in very negative ways health and physical-wise. I felt I had no happiness. Little did I know that the foods I was eating and the way I was thinking could be changed and I would end up feeling like a different person! Before working with Krystal, I’d become complacent and lazy, unable to step out of my comfort zone in order to start feeling better. I had a lot of tools that I wasn’t putting into action. I had a lot of negative self-talk, pent-up frustration, psychological projection, etc. Before Krystal, I’d hit walls when trying to overcome these problems.
