Having power in your life means being able to turn negative situations into positive ones, or at least being able to find a silver lining. You are in charge of your thoughts, aka your life. Choosing to see how life is working out for you is power.
Think of a time when something seemingly crappy happened.
Reframe your thoughts: What were 1 or more positive outcomes from that situation that you couldn’t see at the time but can see now?
Rewire your brain: Come up with multiple examples from the past, or something you’re currently going through, to see how life actually happens for you instead of to you.
You can always choose power or defeat because you can always choose your thoughts.
No circumstance or person was put on the planet to destroy you. If you feel like a circumstance or person is single-handedly destroying you, then you know that’s a growth spot.
No boss or broken down car or negative bank account or break up can take what you have inside of you. We are inherently powerful beings. Parents and bosses and boyfriends don’t give us our power.
Power is a mindset. I help people who are ready to accept and own their power. I help them feel their power so they can start using it to create a life that feels like fireworks instead of a burning down house.
