“Self-investment” includes things like quitting cigarettes, creating a workout routine, taking lessons for a hobby, eating healthier, therapy, getting a certificate, etc.
When I find a coach or course that I know can take me from where I am to where I want to be quicker, it takes me no time to become resourceful and make it happen.
Everything I do is backed by the belief, “I can do it.”
People who battle the decision to invest in themselves for months or years have a wavering belief in themselves.
People who don’t invest don’t have belief.
