Have you ever done “thought work”? I’m always putting stuff in my brain like podcasts, YouTube videos, courses, etc. instead of working with my thoughts. Thoughts create our reality, not information. And when info creates our reality, it’s really our thoughts about the info, not the info itself.
Lately, instead of putting more stuff in my brain, I’ve been monitoring my thoughts. You can do this with any aspect of life that you want to improve, such as love, career, or health. I’ve been focusing on wealth and my business.
My thoughts started with “I’m always near $0 in the bank,” “I attract clients who want to work with me but don’t have the funds,” “I’m not a coach if I’m not making money” (which is stupid because I have 3 coaching certifications and 4 years of experience), and plenty of other thoughts that don’t help me make more money.
Having awareness about thoughts that keep me broke gives me the power to change them. I don’t have to say “I’ve made a million dollars from my coaching biz,” because that’s far off and my subconscious can’t really access that type of reality right now, but I can say “people who want to and can pay me are on the way to me now.”
The reason “better thoughts” help is because our subconscious, through the thoughts we constantly tell ourselves, is always creating our reality. Whatever vibration you’re on is what you’re going to attract. That’s why the whole stubbing your toe in the morning and creating a terrible day analogy is true.
If you’re ready to change an aspect of your life for the better, then I invite you to join me on adopting a new mindset about it. Do you want to attract your forever partner? Do you want a better relationship with someone in your family? Do you want a promotion or new job that feels exciting to you? Do you want to stop getting cheated on? Are you tired of being broke or near broke all the time? Do you want more passion in the bedroom? Do you want confidence when you step into the real world?
All of those examples are possible with thought work. No new information needed or difficult work to implement.
When our desired reality feels so far off, it helps to get some assistance with this. My life coach has been helping me through my own process, which gives me more perspective and a deeper understanding of myself. He’s helping me create thoughts that are actually believable to me right now, which are helping me get to my desired reality much quicker.
If you want help, send me a message and let’s intentionally create your desired reality.
Stop sleeping on your best life. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
