The more I help myself and others with subconscious work, the more I see that accomplishing weight loss, improving relationships, landing a job, whatever you want, is LESS about doing actions and MORE about your thoughts. We all want something better for ourselves, right?
Why does this work? Because when you have negative thoughts/feelings, you’re in RESISTANCE. When you have positive thoughts/feelings, you’re in ACCEPTANCE.
It’s kinda hard to accept what you resist. I tried for so long and it never worked. I know you don’t want to feel like you’re wasting time in the hamster wheel of result-less action.
What are you telling yourself when you meet obstacles?
“I knew I’d skip the gym all week. Ugh I suck.”
“My partner thinks I’m annoying.”
“There’s not enough jobs out there.”
All you have to do is change your mindset about what you want because your subconscious HAS to deliver what you tell it to deliver. It’s Law.
That’s why I’ve pivoted my health coaching to health & life transformation with a focus on the subconscious mind… because I want my clients to have LASTING results. I’ve been into law of attraction for almost half my life and I’ve always been in awe of its magic.
Imagine your thoughts being the vehicle that effortlessly gets you from where you are to where you want to be. It’s silly easy, and the self-concept elevation you can experience is off the charts!
Try:
“The gym makes me feel so good, I can’t wait to go again!”
“My partner loves me. I’m an Icon and s/he is lucky to be with me!” (List qualities you love about yourself if that helps you believe it more.)
“There are multiple perfect jobs out there for me. I’m open to discovering something new and exciting. I can’t wait to get hired soon!”
The “!” signifies your EMOTION. When you elevate your emotion about what you want BEFORE you have it, you attract it faster.
I’m watching people change their life after one session. Even though I understand the work, it still blows my mind.
You can always do this on your own, but if you want more (and personalized) help, reach out to me!
